At Driver Portal, we take your privacy as seriously as a pre-trip inspection. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it secure.

To provide the features of the Driver Portal, we collect a limited amount of information:

• Discord Identifiers: We store your Discord User ID, Username, and Server (Guild) IDs to associate your driving logs and stats with the correct account.
• Driver Logs: Any data you voluntarily submit via commands (e.g., mileage, fuel stops, cargo types, or shift start/end times).
• Message Content: We only "read" messages that are specifically directed to the bot via commands (e.g., /log or !start). We do not monitor your private server conversations.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information collected strictly for the following:

• To maintain your individual driver profile and history.
• To generate leaderboards or reports for server administrators (if the feature is enabled).
• To troubleshoot bugs and improve the bot’s performance.
• We do not sell your data to third parties. Period.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention: We keep your logs as long as the bot is active in your server or until you request deletion.
