Welcome to Driver Portal. By inviting this bot to your Discord server or using its features, you (the "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the application from your server immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Driver Portal, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Do not use Driver Portal while operating a motor vehicle. Driver Portal is intended for use while parked or by non-driving staff. We are not responsible for any accidents, traffic violations, or damages resulting from the distracted use of this application. Eyes on the road, not the chat.

5. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this service, you acknowledge that certain data (such as Discord User IDs, Server IDs, and submitted logs) must be stored for the application to function.

6. Limitation of Liability

Driver Portal is provided "as-is" and "as-available." To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for any data loss, including deleted logs or server-side wipes.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot.
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Discord’s API can be temperamental; sometimes the "engine" just needs a restart.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to "revoke your license" (ban your User ID or Server ID) from using Driver Portal at our sole discretion, particularly for violations of these terms or behavior that harms the community.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via Discord Announcement in the Collegiate iRacing League Discord. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
